cigarettemommy asked: Superwhovel- don't think of quitting as a past tense thing. It makes it easier. You're quitting! It's an active process, everyone has setbacks, but it's something you're working on, and cold turkey is not for everyone! Maybe try cutting back as much as possible, and then maybe you can get down to a cigarette a day, then every two days, eventually a week, and then you won't want them nearly as bad, that's what worked for me!
